Our office is located in Dieppe New Brunswick Canada, on the beautiful Canadian Atlantic coast.
3.Where are your products shipped from?
Every product is shipped directly from our warehouse in Dieppe, New Brunswick Canada.
4. How long is processing and shipping?
During live sales processing and shipping is 7 to 10 business days
During pre-sales or product pre-launch processing time will be advertised on the product and people who buy during pre-sales will get a confirmation email of when they should expect to receive their orders.
5. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States
6. How can I pay for my order?
Clothing Shop Online currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal
7. How long will it take me to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days
8. How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order here
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated by emailing email@example.com
10. Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the exchange process
11. How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com to initiate process.
